These are simple but the backs do not securely stay in place and the post still sticks out further, leading to uncomfortable poking I was trying to avoid! I have had issues with inability to apply coupon codes and use the exchange feature to do an even exchange for different size that were purchased with welcome discount, Black Friday pricing, etc. I ordered a variety of these titanium earrings (hoops, internally threaded styles, and push pin flat backs) for my healing helix and conch piercings as I have sensitive ears. I was confident from reading other reviews that these would be well worth the money spent because of the advertised quality. The earrings themselves are beautiful, but the customer service communications via email were confusing and would have been helpful to have a "chat" feature or a phone number to contact to speak to someone directly regarding questions and to issues. After a few weeks of going in circles via open-ended emails and further miscommunications regarding replacements, exchanges, refunds, etc., I ended up returning everything. I'm disappointed because this must not be everyone's experience seeing the positive reviews and hype surrounding this brand. I REALLY wanted to love these earrings and there are many things about this growing company that I admire but I feel as though my experience fell through the cracks.

Love this product! I’ve become so sensitive with earrings but these do not give me any issues. I forget that I even have them on! They are very comfortable.

I bought these for my upper lobes which are always irritated and always get caught in something. These earrings couldn’t be more perfect- I wish there were more styles with the ball back fastener because I’d buy them all!

My sensitive ears are no longer angry and my hair doesn’t get tangled in them. I am so happy with these earrings.

Great for sensitive ears. Look great and can be worn 24/7. I have them in since I got them a few weeks ago with occasional cleaning. No weird green composites so far!
