Celestial Crystal Threaded Flat Back Earring

I wore the item for less than a week and the stud fell off and is lost. Can’t wear it.

I absolutely love my celestial crystal threaded flat back earring! It is super comfortable!

I would give this 0 stars if possible. I am unable to even unscrew the earring to try and put it in. This makes it completely unusable. Customer service is not helpful and didn’t even offer to exchange the product. This product is too expensive to not even be able to use.

My initial order got stolen from our mailbox (it's become common in our neighborhood) so I emailed customer service to see if I could re-order and have it send with a different delivery company and they said no BUT they offered to send me a whole new order for free even though it wasn't their fault that I didn't get my order. Finally got my order and I LOVE it!

I love these earrings. I’ve struggled with sensitive skin and ears for as long as I can remember and gave up wearing earrings for years. I decided to give these a try due to them being titanium and flat backed and I love them! So comfortable to sleep in and have had no irritation at all. At first when I put them on I don’t think I got them fully screwed in which is why I think some people have issues with them falling out. Hold on tight to each side and keep twisting them in-it does take a bit of time but once they’re in they’re in and feel super secure. I occasionally check them but they haven’t loosened in the month since I put them in.
