I designed the Dreamer Cartilage Hoop with a trio of beads and an inset crystal - a little star to wish upon to make your dreams come true. Our Dreamer Cartilage Hoop earrings are beautifully minimalist and full of meaning - and just as gorgeous by themselves as they are in pairs or trios to build your ear party.

These cartilage hoop earrings are made of implant grade titanium for quality - and are 16g (1.2mm) or 18g (1mm) thick and 8mm (5/16") in diameter. Suitable for cartilage piercings - you can wear them in your tragus or helix.

Too large for my piercing, but it is so cute!! Love the jewelry, so I will just exchange for a smaller hoop.

Loved it until the gold flaked off

Within 2 weeks of wearing it some of the gold flaked off. I got a replacement and the same thing happened again after just a couple weeks. On a positive note the customer service has been great and they have quickly addressed the issue both times!

Maison Miru earrings are the best

I have been looking for cute titanium earrings for a long time and was so glad I found Maison Miru. The nap earrings are so comfortable that I forgot I was wearing them. The website is super informative in terms of what kind of earrings are for each piercing. The dreamer cartilage hoop are absolutely stunning. Can't wait for more styles to come out!
