They are so small and cheap that they both broke by the end of the evening I put them in . First and only time wearing them :( and the company refuses to refund my fiance , they just want us to buy another pair . Terrible customer service which is worse than the quality of the earrings if that gives you any idea …

Nice while it lasts, but disappointing in the end

I bought these in 2023, and got a shorter back post a little while later because the one it came with was way too big for my ear. About a month ago I cleaned them and put them back in. One of them fell out a day later and is completely mangled and unusable, and the other one is stuck in my ear - I will likely have to go get it cut out. I contacted support, but was just given links to buy more and told to pull harder. Disappointing and ultimately not really worth the price.
