The Gaia Push Pin Flat Back Earring is beautiful but arrived broken. I have had issues with inability to apply coupon codes and use the exchange feature to do an even exchange for different size that were purchased with welcome discount, Black Friday pricing, etc. I ordered a variety of these titanium earrings (hoops, internally threaded styles, and push pin flat backs) for my healing helix and conch piercings as I have sensitive ears. I was confident from reading other reviews that these would be well worth the money spent because of the advertised quality. The earrings themselves are beautiful, but the customer service communications via email were confusing and would have been helpful to have a "chat" feature or a phone number to contact to speak to someone directly regarding questions and to issues. After a few weeks of going in circles via open-ended emails and further miscommunications regarding replacements, exchanges, refunds, etc., I ended up returning everything. I'm disappointed because this must not be everyone's experience seeing the positive reviews and hype surrounding this brand. I REALLY wanted to love these earrings and there are many things about this growing company that I admire but I feel as though my experience fell through the cracks.

Great sparkle, I wear these daily. Wish post was a bit shorter but overall happy with purchase.
