Earring cute but fell out after 2 days

I was incredibly excited to use my teardrop shaped flat back. Mason Miru quality is top notch. I wore my last flat back for almost 2 years with no problem. I put in the new one, tightened it and fell out after 2 days. I can't say anything bad i just wish I had my earring!

They fall out

I loved these earrings at first, but sadly they fall out. I was very careful to screw the front in correctly, but I have had two of these fall out within 3 weeks. They are too expensive for this.
